Our intercooler hard pipe kits provide a full upgrade path to those old and tired OE style hoses. We assemble these with our premium aluminium pipes, coupled to our fluorosilicone joiners, and all secured with our dual bead stainless hose clamps. No more pinching hoses, no more split rubbers, no more pressure loss which can cause performance lag.
Our ZD30 GU Patrol aluminium hard pipe kit replaces all of the OE factory intercooler piping that has a history of expansion and splitting under boost. A replacement for both the turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body plumbing, this SAAS kit is designed to work with the factory intercooler only.
The kit features a black powder coated aluminium hard pipe which reduces one of the common points of failure with original style rubber hoses.
FVMQ Oil Resistance: FVMQ Fluorosilicones offer the highest level of oil resistance amongst the most common elastomers and are a popular solution within the aviation industry.
