Dispatch

Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day. Please note some orders may have a 24–48 hour handling time.

Delivery Times

The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is 3–5 business days to most metropolitan areas, and can take up to 10 business days for some regional areas.

Postage

Most parts are sent via Australia Post eParcel with tracking. Larger parts are sent by door-to-door courier.

Tracking

Where tracking numbers are available, these will be sent to you with our dispatch confirmation email.

Pick-Up

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse and pay by cash on collection. By appointment only.
